How do I place an order?

There are three ways to place an order: You may call, fax or mail us your order. If you fax or mail your order, a customer service representative will call you back and inform you of your shipping charges. At that time please be prepared with your credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

1. BY TELEPHONE: Print out & fill out Order Form then TELEPHONE (602) 542-4410 between 10:00 A.M. - 4 P.M. MST, Monday through Friday. Please have your Credit Card ready.
   
2. BY FAX: Print out & fill out Order Form then FAX (602) 364-1518 (24 hours a day). Please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached. A Customer Service Representive will call you back to complete your order.
3. BY MAIL: Print out & fill out Order Form then MAIL to:

Does Arizona State Parks accept credit cards?

Yes. We can accept Mastercard and Visa over the telephone. We do NOT currently offer online check out with credit cards. Your credit card information is safe and secure with us. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how Arizona State Parks uses your information.

How is my order shipped to me?

Arizona State Parks ships orders with United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

When will I receive my order?

Please be advised orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. We will notify you if an item is currently out of stock. Orders usually ship within a week.

What is the Return Policy?
