Area Attractions
Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park is one of the best reasons to visit this area, but there are many others — including The World’s Smallest Museum (less than five minutes’ drive east), the challenging Picketpost Mountain hike off the Arizona Trail, and a section of Highway 60 designated as an official scenic byway as drivers continue east of Superior towards the city of Globe.
Looking for a bed-and-breakfast, motel or campground to stay overnight? Want to preview local restaurants before you visit the Arboretum and our neighboring town of Superior? Our local Chamber of Commerce has thorough listings; additional links below include nearby places to dock your RV, pitch a tent beneath starry skies, and even to browse photo galleries of Arboretum images.
The following links are provided as a convenience only; they are not a recommendation of any product, service, or organization. Read our External Link Disclaimer for more information. Arizona State Parks maintains this list at its own discretion. Links will open in a new window and leave the Arizona State Parks website.
