The park is located at 699 London Bridge Road off Highway 95 & Industrial Boulevard.


Calendar of Events

Park Hours
Open 365 per year. Day use hours are from Sunrise to 10:00 p.m. Checkout time for campers is 2:00 p.m.

Note: Lake Havasu State Park reaches capacity most summer weekends and closes its gates after exceeding capacity on holiday weekends.

  • 3 boat launch ramps (2 for conventional watercraft, 1 for PWC)
  • Campground with 42 sites. At this time Lake Havasu State Park has only non-electric sites available
  • Special event area -not available on holiday weekends

The Park
The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, nature trails, boat ramps, and convenient campsites. This spot is truly a watersport haven located near the famous London Bridge of Lake Havasu City.
Trails

Mohave Sunset Trail: 1.5 miles long. Rating: easy. This trail winds its way through the lowland desert and along the shoreline.

Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden: This interpretive area showcases the diverse life that exists within the park and this area of the desert. Birds, lizard, an desert cotton-tails are common sights. A native & "historic" foodstuff garden is also available in the winter & early spring.


Park Rules
  • Registered Campers only in designated sites.
  • Littering is unlawful.
  • Keep pets on a leash (maximum 6ft.) Water and shade must be provided.
  • Fires must be attended at all times. No fires during high wind conditions.
  • Obey all boating regulations.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m..
  • Prevent loud nuisance noises. No music after 10 pm.
  • Drive only on paved roads.
  • No glass containers on beaches/day-use areas.
  • No wheeled vehicles allowed on trails.
  • All state liquor laws are strictly enforced.
  • Remember to designate a sober driver for your safety and the safety of others.

Cattail Cove State Park, Buckskin Mountain State Park, Lake Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, the London Bridge, Lake Havasu, Lake Havasu City, Bill Williams National Wildlife Refuge, Parker Dam, the Central Arizona Project Pumping Station and the Colorado River Indian Tribal Museum (Parker).
