Beginning in September 2003, the Conservation-Based Management Alternatives Program is administered by the Arizona Department of Agriculture (ADA). As a result, $2,000,000 is transferred to ADA.

*This is the second Growing Smarter State Trust Land Acquisition Grant cycle called FY 2002 due to a change in the General Fund allocation schedule.
