Last Minute Camping Ideas at Arizona State Parks

(Phoenix, Arizona - May 26, 2016) - It’s not too late to get a great camping spot at one of the state parks over Memorial Day 2016 weekend. While spots are filling up fast, there are still several parks with availability. Sites near the lake, RV and tent sites and even a cabin or two are able to be reserved. The list of parks with available camping includes:

Alamo Lake State Park – Enjoy a weekend of fishing and relaxing along the lake.

Homolovi State Park – Experience the culture of the Hopi Tribe and the area attractions from Winslow to the Navajo Nation.

Lyman Lake State Park – Bring the boat, kayak, swimming shorts and hiking boats for a cool lake retreat in northeast Arizona.

Roper Lake State Park – Enjoy swimming and area fun, including the Salsa Trail and Mount Graham.
