Arizona State Parks & Trails Again Teams Up with REI for Force of Nature Event

PHOENIX – Are you a Force of Nature? Arizona State Parks & Trails has teamed up with REI for the second year in a row to offer a women’s-only education and networking event at Lost Dutchman State Park.

The goal of the event is to encourage more women to explore the outdoors and take part in a day of learning, socializing, and outdoor fun. Women speakers from Arizona State Parks & Trails, the Arizona Office of Tourism, REI, Desert Foothills Mountain Bike Association, Ragnar, National Park Service, and Women Who Hike will present from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

A guided hike in the park and yoga session are also available for $10 each prior to the event. This is a free event, with no-cost entry to Lost Dutchman State Park for all registrants. Become a Force of Nature and meet women who share your interest in the outdoors!
